Refund and Returns Policy

At Chacktok, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 60-day return and exchange policy for all products, with no restocking fees. To initiate a return, please email marketing@chacktok.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds:

To be eligible for a return and refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return or refund if the item has been used or is not in its original condition.

Time Limit for Accepting Returns:

The time limit for accepting returns is 2 working days after receiving the returned item.

Shipping Costs:
